scored two goals from free kicks in the semifinal. She is a crafty attacker that just calmly beats people 1v1. Burke never seems to be in a rush, she always seems to get to the spots she wants. Once shes there she can set up teammates very well, or finish herself with great precision. Her shooting was obviously on display on the FK goals as well. Burke was named MVP of the event.

Loved the set piece routine that Burke and Carolina Capizzi executed to perfection on Friday. Burke provide the perfect timing and weight on the pass for the assist.

Burke has excellent stop and start to her game. She’s very twitchy and quick, showing tremendous athletic ability. What I like about her game is her ability to stay onside, so if you couple her awareness with her fast twitch ability and her technical skills, she’s a tough player to handle. She can really move the ball well with vision and accuracy, and she can really put pace on the ball when she goes for goal.
