Manzella is from Marietta, GA where he plays club with the NTH-NASA ECNL 2007 team, and he attends Kell High. He is versatile in the midfield as he can play the No. 8 or the No. 10, and not only can he possess the ball with both feet, but he can get off powerful shots from distance with both feet. He is a technical and creative midfielder, who is excellent when it comes to keeping possession but he also likes to get forward and attack. He’s great in tight spaces, making him an ideal player in the midfield as he can draw defenders, control the ball and then play a ball in to space. He’s also improving as he works on his strength and endurance.
