Izzy took part in international competition with the Panama U-23 and U-17 women’s teams. She earned caps in both matches while playing for the Panama Federation U-23 team, as their senior team had prior commitments in Peru, so her squad was activated to compete against national teams at the Central American Games in Guatemala. I’ve previously evaluated her at the high school level, ECNL level, and at our Prep Soccer Girls ID Camp: NorCal 2024. She is a top-level player who always delivers while competing at and against the highest levels of competition. She excels at the left-back position but can also be effective as a center back or forward. I’m not exactly sure why her rankings dropped, but I’m sure in the next updates she will be moving back up. Izzy has a high ceiling and has proven herself while playing at the highest levels in international youth soccer and against U-23 players. I believe she’s only scratching the surface. It would be wise for USYNT scouts to get her on their radar. Otherwise, she will continue to compete with Team Panama and prepare herself for the rigors of Division 1 competition.

Izzy recently got back from international competition with the Panama U-23 and U-17 women’s teams. She had a busy last two months while splitting duties with both teams, while competing with her ECNL team ( Davis Legacy ) in between the events. Izzy earned caps in both matches while playing for the Panama Federation U-23 team, as their senior team had prior commitments in Peru, so her squad was activated to compete against national teams at the Central American Olympics in Guatemala. I’ve previously evaluated her at the high school level, ECNL level, and at our Prep Soccer Girls ID Camp: NorCal 2024. She always delivers and competes at a high level, wherever the venue or competition. She excels at the left-back position but can also be effective as a center back and as a midfielder. Definitely looking forward to seeing her compete on the world stage as she is preparing to travel to Bermuda with the U-17 as they attempt to qualify for the U-17 World Cup. It’s going to be a super busy time for her during the June 15th calls.

She is a top-tier LCB in the class of 2028. Izzy was a starter and a big part of the Cardinal Newman championship run for the North Coast Division 2 championship. I picked the Cardinals as an underdog with the talent and chemistry to win it all. They delivered at every match as they took down the top 4 ranked teams in the tournament. It was great to evaluate her during her team’s match at the national playoffs. Seeing her on a new club team ( Davis Legacy ) was a treat. As a U-17 member of the Panama national team, she will have to wait until opportunities present themselves, but I’m definitely looking forward to seeing her playing at other top-level events and contributing to future success with the Cardinals.

Seeing her on a new club team ( Davis Legacy ) was a treat, as she also just came back from an injury sustained from a CONCACAF match. She was impressive as always, as she and her defense held their opponent to only one goal at the ECNL playoffs. As a U-17 member of the Panama national team, she will have to wait until opportunities present themselves, but I’m definitely looking forward to seeing her playing at other top-level events.

Rendino played primarily as a midfielder and had some really good passing combinations, which also resulted in putting scores on the board. She found players in open spaces and made quick, decisive passes. Her calm presence and high soccer IQ helped to keep attacking fluidity and make it difficult and less predictable to defend against. She is also on the Panama National U17 and U20 teams.
