Baeza is listed as the 19th best player in midfield in the Lone Star State and took 78th place overall in the Class of 2029. He plays high school soccer for Angleton and is part of Rise SC’s club program in the ECNL League. A central midfielder, he can play deeper or more advanced, behind a striker, and on either position he’ll get on the ball a lot and dictate the team’s pace with his intelligent passing. Baeza is very precise with his long balls, but also thrives when engaging in quicker combination plays in the middle. He’s very good at beating opponents in tight spaces with quick moves and fires good shots from distance.
