Labuson formed a strong center back duo with William Vasser William Vasser William Vasser D TX and the two worked well together to keep Solar scoreless. The tallest of the two, he was involved in many duels in the air and did a good job of getting opponents uncomfortable when he couldn’t win them. Labuson also stood out for his positioning and mobility, doing a good job of covering his outside back and keeping up with opponents when passes were played in space behind the backline. A lefty, the center back also demonstrated composure and quality on the ball, delivering good passes out of the back.
