He’s a versatile player, who can appear in central defense, central midfield and left back. His skilled left foot allows him to have a great impact in the game when in possession with his ability to connect long passes and make shifts with incredible precision from midfield. A tall and athletic player, Faris is also very efficient defensively, winning duels and shielding the backline with great success. Expect his set pieces to be among the team’s main offense weapons as he’s very accurate and reliable with his deliveries.

Faris is a left-footed midfielder/defender on the Solar Academy ECNL team. He is six-feet tall and can play a variety of positions. He can feature as a defensive midfielder, left back, or center back. He is excellent on set pieces. His left foot delivery is among the best in this class in terms of consistency and accuracy. Faris is a solid defender and uses his long legs to his advantage in defending in the open field. He is an ideal fit as a left center back in a back three considering his comfort on the ball and excellent attributes for distribution from that role.

Faris had a very active game playing in front of Solar’s backline and getting heavily involved on both sides of the ball. His physical presence in midfield helped the team win duels and control the game. Solar looked for Faris a lot when they had possession and he operated as a deep-lying playmaker for them, making shifts and finding passes through Rise’s defense. The left-footed midfielder also displayed great quality in set pieces, getting the assist in the team’s goal from a corner kick and generating other chances with precise crosses.
