It was difficult to pick just one standout from the Slammers HB Koge team. They were dominant during the event and got key contributions all over the field. I thought Neves deserved a special shoutout after the Round of 16 victory over Indy Eleven Pro Academy. She is a very talented defensive midfielder with high upside. Comfortable on the ball to build out of pressure, a true 360-degree player, and incredibly smart about her tactical positioning, Neves offers the key traits to be a top No. 6 at the international level in the future.
