Kerimov ranks fourth among the goalkeepers in the class and is the 30th overall prospect to appear on the Rankings. He’s part of the Houston Dynamo Academy, playing more consistently with their U19 team in MLS Next, but also making it to gameday rosters with the II team at MLS Next Pro. A physical and well-rounded goalkeeper, he made great progress over the last year or so, and raised his stock. Kerimov uses his length extremely well between the posts and does very well in the air too, doing a good job of navigating the penalty box and getting to crosses. The goalkeeper has improved his confidence with the ball as well and uses his feet more efficiently.
