How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I'm not afraid to be aggressive and loud so my teammates can rely on me for guidance. My height and athleticism allow me to block high shots and my sharp eye/hand coordination helps with quick reaction time. Footwork and speed to ball is critical and I thrive under pressure. Bring on the PK's!

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I'm a 5'10" red-head. I'm fierce, unafraid and strong willed. My backline depends on me so I have to be confident, decisive and unapologetic-- I can't second guess myself.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I'm a tour guide at Peddie.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

As a goalie since the age of 6 years old, I know all about teamwork and the importance of putting any drama off to the side to focus and work together. Since I am very comfortable yelling out directions to my backline, I would consider myself a leader who my teammates trust and rely on as they know I always have their backs.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I had the onset of a stress fracture in my spine and had to sit out of soccer for 14 weeks. I did intensive physical therapy and focused on getting strong and healthy. It was challenging to sit on the sidelines but with discipline and hard work (and patience), I got back on the pitch.

What type of college are you looking for?

A college that has both strong academics and athletics. I love soccer and have played my entire life, but I am also very focused on my academics so I want to find the right combination. I enjoy and excel in the sciences, math and art.
