About Sorela

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am #27 and I am a versatile player who can contribute all over the field on the LA Surf Girls Academy 09 team, recently arriving from six years on the LA Breakers 09 ECNL.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

On the field I am an intense disruptor and I can turn plays quickly and direct the flow downhill for attacks after stops. I maintain a full training program off the pitch that includes heavy weights, yoga, plyometrics, traditional speed and endurance work.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Selected for Women's U16 USA soccer team - Maccabi Games, Israel, summer 2025 NDHS Junior Varsity Women’s Soccer Sportsmanship award 2024 NDHS - Undefeated the whole season NDHS - Athletic award NDHS - athletic scholarship award

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Beverly Hills Police Multi Departmental Explorer Program (100+hours): Training in self-defense, fitness, defensive tactics, swat & shooter drills, drug identification, firearm use, safety and range shooting. Intensive note taking, escalated situation & arrest discussion & analysis, high organizational demands and boot camp style law enforcement environment where regularly won physical contests
