Victoria “Tori” Gauch is very tough to get the ball off of. She uses her physicality to hold off defenders, and can dribble by them with power. Gauch is very good at creating a little bit of space to set up defenders for quick moves, opening herself up to unleash shots on frame. Tori also has a great understanding of the flow of the game. She intelligently uses the space she creates to make sure she is scanning the field, getting the ball to the right place for her team. She is usually deployed as a CF, but often drops into the midfield to win the ball or to play a hold up role. Tori made 2nd Team All Metro Richmond her sophomore year.
