Castro is a forward on the So Cal Blues 09 ECNL team. She also plays for the El Salvador Youth National Team. She was on the U20 team at the Concacaf Event earlier this year. She can play anywhere in the attack. Castro is a great finisher with either foot. She’s right footed, but she’s scored quite a few goals with her left. She has a strong, accurate shot with excellent ball striking technique that shows consistency. Castro is good at getting shots off early. She is quick to identify when goalkeepers are off their line and bury the shots into the upper corner of the net. Castro has been outstanding in the ECNL and has international experience as well.
