2021-2022 High School All-America honors

The inaugural PrepSoccer.com All-America package is the culmination of months of research and evaluation of the top high school-playing talent in the nation and will roll out over the next two weeks leading up to our fall season previews. While high school soccer is offered in the fall, winter or spring -- depending on the state -- PrepSoccer.com waits until after the school year is complete to release its All-America, All-Region and State All-Stars. The 2021-2022 season, interestingly, was the first "normal" soccer season around the country since the 2018-2019 school year, the year before COVID, which impacted the spring 2020 season and greatly altered the 2020-2021 school year, as well. The lists below are compiled by high school soccer editor Sheldon Shealer and reflect observation and information provided by a national network of coaches and soccer reporters, which includes waiting for the release of local and metro all-star teams, a process that doesn't end until early July. When all is published, more than 4,000 players will be honored from the fall, winter and spring seasons.
