North Coast Section Boys, Girls Rankings – Dec. 11
The action is starting to pick up in the North Coast Section as we are entering the winter season, in earnest. Everybody in the Top 15 has played a match and the rankings are starting to take on more of a shape. Here are the boys and girls rankings. We will go alphabetically, and start with the boys.
BOYS
Just small shifts in the rankings this week. Berkeley drops four spots from No. 4 to No. 8 after a close loss to Monte Vista, and the win for the Mustangs sees them climb back in the rankings at No. 7. Acalanes bumps up a spot while Pittsburg moves into the top five. Freedom is a new face to the top ten, starting the season nicely with a draw against MV and a win over San Ramon Valley.
