DKSC Thanksgiving Showcase – Players to Watch – U17

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The club soccer action won't stop in Texas during the Thanksgiving weekend as Dallas-based club D'Feeters Kicks Soccer Club (DKSC) will host a popular Showcase for teams from the U15, U16, U17 and U19 age groups from Friday to Sunday.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The event will reunite 88 teams in the four age groups and will feature representatives from several club leagues, including the ECNL and Girls Academy, and some of the most promising players in the state.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Let's take a look at some interesting players who will be in action at Cox Fields, Veterans Pak and R.E. Haris is a big goalkeeper, but can get down on the floor very quickly and that helps her make difficult saves. She's also excellent at communicating with her defenders and keeping everyone engaged in front of her. Gilmore is excellent in 1v-1 battles inside and around the penalty box, but also gets the job done when pulled to the midfield area, remaining calm and waiting for the right moment to make a move and win the ball back.
