They are calm under pressure but have an urgency about their attacking game that is difficult for teams to manage. WNY Flash showcased their ability switch the ball well and look to break lines quickly through the midfield. This group showed they are a physical team that moves well together. They like to get numbers up quickly and do a great job of finding the open players to be a real threat. Every player is confident in one another and is willing to make passes in tight areas to create different attacking moments. Overall, WNY Flash showcased a high tempo style of play that is very effective. Players are creative in their movements off the ball and are a real threat in the attacking third.
