Some Texas teams decided to make the trip to Florida to take part in the event and Lone Star State will be represented by nine club teams in the event. Let's highlight three of them, one in which division, that could do great things this weekend in Florida.

Sting Dallas Black 08

Sting Dallas Black have nine wins, three losses and two ties in the Texas Conference, ranking fight. They are set to face Pipeline SC, Florida West FC and Indiana Fire Academy South this weekend in Lakewood Ranch.

[player_tooltip player_id='163729' first='Sienna' last='Ryan'] is very solid for them between the posts and gives the team a lot of defensive stability. The backline has Greer Crow, who is very good at center back but can also play further up in the field, and Victoria Morales, who offers great quality going forward from her left back position. Left-footed central midfielder [player_tooltip player_id='152797' first='Elinor' last='Singler'] can be dominant in the field with her ability to put pressure on opponents and win the ball and her quality and vision with her passing. Up top, forward [player_tooltip player_id='225418' first='Neerali' last='Kapadia'] is extremely quick and dangerous in the final third.

Challenge SC rank third in the Texas Conference with their campaign of nine wins, five losses and three ties. They're scheduled to meet PDA White, FC Dayton and International SC over the weekend in Florida.

[player_tooltip player_id='158530' first='Sophia' last='Lipari'] is very good between the posts and had a strong showing in the recent ECNL Dallas event. Challenge's backline counts on the solidness of [player_tooltip player_id='121581' first='Victoria' last='Delatorre'] at left back and the reliable protection of defensive midfielders [player_tooltip player_id='26539' first='Bailey' last='Fovargue'] and [player_tooltip player_id='169167' first='Lily' last='Owen'], who are both very dynamic players. The team also has loads of offensive talent with Abby Friday being an elite chance creator, Olivia Knight being lethal in open spaces and Maddy Benker operating extremely well inside the penalty box.

Albion Hurricanes FC 06/05

Albion Hurricanes FC have won five, lost eight and drew four matches in the Texas Conference, ranking 17th. Their opponents in the ECNL Florida Spring event will be Maryland United FC, Chargers Soccer Club and NJ Crush.

Mackenzie Smith is a reliable goalkeeper and does very good work for them between the posts. Physical center backs Kaleigh Lazembe and [player_tooltip player_id='26998' first='Lindsey' last='Arnold'] give her an extra layer of protection, while left back [player_tooltip player_id='26336' first='Kelsey' last='Vaughn'] is a constant offensive option out wide. Mary Paul is the team's main playmaker and she has several versatile and dynamic players to work with offensively, including Chloe Callahan, Hannah Carrier and [player_tooltip player_id='138565' first='Kendall' last='Gussert'].
