Expert Analysis
Guilherme Torres | Prep Soccer Scout
Ryan and her Sting Royal U17 team will have Real Colorado National as their first opponents in the League Cup Finals. A tall goalkeeper, she knows how to make the most of her length, stretching her arms and legs to make it harder for opponents to go around her. Ryan is very determined with her moves and doesn’t hesitate, even when under pressure. She also does a good job of getting the ball to her teammates with accurate throws and passes.

Read EvaluationGuilherme Torres | Prep Soccer Scout
After having a strong performance in the Regional League with the 08 age group, Ryan was pulled to Sting Black ECNL 09 this season. The way she opens her arms and uses her legs to increase her body area and stop close-range finishes has proven to be very efficient and makes of her one of the best in that kind of situation. Ryan is also very quick and brave to leave her position to make stops and is never afraid of a collision to keep the ball out of the goal. The goalkeeper also does a solid job when putting the ball back in play, delivering accurate throws to her teammates.
