This group of young ladies will be aiming to hold their own and steel their nerve in net to help their team lift the trophy and become ECNL National Champions in 2024.
Ranked by Prep Soccer as the top goalkeeper in Texas and one of the top goalkeepers nationally, O’Steen will be looking to keep the scoring numbers low against Legends FC as she did throughout the playoffs in Seattle. Through four matches, O’Steen and Solar FC only conceded three times and earned a shutout on the opening day, blazing their way through to the Elite 8. It stands to reckon that she will factor heavily into Solar FC’s path through to a potential championship.

The UCLA commit had an exceptional playoffs run in Seattle, showing up with two shutouts and a standout performance in the Round of 16 match where penalties decided the outcome. With Slammers FC HB Koge taking on Penn Fusion in the Elite 8, expect the squad to rely on another performance from Nakfoor to make it through to the Final Four.

The Indy Eleven goalkeeper and Butler commit might have earned a new nickname after the ECNL playoffs last week: Sleepless in Seattle. Ash got no rest through group play nor in the Round of 16 as Indy Eleven scrapped to make their way to Richmond. Two tight 2-1 score-lines opened their campaign and a thrilling back and forth draw finished the group stage, only to set up a tight 1-1 contest and penalties in the Round of 16. Ash has had a lot to do leading up to this point, and it stands to reckon she will again if they are to get past KC Athletics.
The Delaware commit has split some time with her net minder counter part throughout the playoffs, leading Penn Fusion to the Elite 8 in a rather different fashion. Despite that approach, Hall helped post a shutout and recorded two other matches with only one score against to boost Penn Fusion to Richmond. It’s going to be a true battle of East vs West, both in commits and states when they take on Slammers FC HB Koge in the quarterfinals.
If the playoffs in Seattle showed us anything, it’s that we should be ready for anything, and that is certainly the case with Smith in net for Penn Fusion. Her abilities have provided her with a definitive place in this Penn Fusion side, and she might have a large role to play in her teams’ success should they continue through to further knockout stages.
