3A Matchday 4’s Best Performers

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Matchday 4 presents us with five new faces for the 3A level. With some teams causing upsets and others solidifying their status as strong teams, this matchday was very eventful. The talents on display on this matchday shined brighter than before. Fast and agile, stopping her on the break is a near impossible task for opposing defenders. Her ability to find space to run in is great too, knowing exactly when and where to exploit it. On the break, she tends to stay central, piercing through the defensive line. This gives her teammates a direct pass into her path so she can take a shot. However, she also is very selfless. If she needs to drop deep or go out wide to receive and create, she doesn't struggle one bit. Her agility and quick thinking allows for her to create space to then play it into teammates in shooting positions. Offensively, she helps drive the team forward quickly. Whether it be through quick passes or dribbles that allow for passes further up the pitch, she clears the path for both her and her team. She's very active, moving to wherever she needs to to create passing lanes and keep the ball moving. Her shooting is also phenomenal, especially from distance. She can score from far out tanks to her shot power and ball-striking abilities. Defensively, she is great as well, even though she plays as an attacking midfielder in possession. Her tactical positioning is very good, never leaving her role as a left-midfielder, adapting to how her team is moving at any given time. When she needs to give width, she does so effectively. Being further out wide makes her look towards the center to play in any player who can drive the ball through the channels. If her team is attacking more compactly, she takes up a more interior role while still playing as the furthest player on the left. This allows her to make runs into the box, where she presents herself as a constant danger. Her most important ability is her dribbling which allows her to beat defenders without struggling too much. Regardless of if she is dribbling through the center or out wide, she feels comfortable driving the ball forward. These dribbles set her up wonderfully to either shoot or create goalscoring chances. Her ability to create chances was especially important in this match, breaking the deadlock with great driven passes following exceptional dribbles. Her sacrifice doesn't always translate to goal contributions, but she does help lead to goals constantly. When she dribbles the ball she puts on a show, leaving defenders embarrassed whenever she gets going. Shifty and intelligent, she doesn't just dribble for the sake of it. She dribbles to create space for either her or a teammate to create chances from. Her agility is also impressive, swiveling effortlessly to help beat pressure from defenders. When she passes the ball into the box, she creates fantastic chances that prove difficult to defend. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
