Generation Adidas Girl's Division Part 2

It was the final day of the group stage for these four teams. Four teams were playing for a chance to play in the final tomorrow on field 1. Manchester City, Girls Academy All-Stars Blue, Girl's Academy All-Stars Red, and Bayern Munich all still mathematically eligible to play in the final. However, Munich I think got confused and sent their U14's when they were supposed to send their U16's. But other then that I have thoroughly enjoyed watching the other 3 teams compete. Very high level games. Here are some standouts from the games today:    My oh my what a player this girl is. She scored an outstanding goal to level the score at 1-1. She can dribble, pass, tackle, and apparently score amazing goals. She dribbled past 3 players then banged one in the top corner. She's an England Youth International for very good reason.     Another amazing performance from Conway. She scored a spectacular goal to put her team up 1-0. She received a pass around 30-35 yards away from goal took a couple of touch in front of a defender and smacked a shot over the goalie just under the bar. If there's a player of the tournament so far I think you can make a strong case for Ms. Conway.     The Center Back England Youth International played extremely well for her City side. She knows how to shield the ball away from strikers really well. Really strong in the air and has excellent recovery speed. Good footwork when getting dribbled at as well. Very safe, and clean with her passing who will put a long ball over the top to keep the defense honest. Top talent whose family suggested to me they are interested in exploring USA collegiate options.     Ortiz shows her talent in every game she plays. She can fly around. So good at turning defenders and driving. Really good at hunting the ball down from behind play as well, she has amazing acceleration and opponents just aren't used to it. Exciting prospect and USA youth international.     Playing a year up and really holding her own. Dinara has an extremely bright future. She can already throw the ball in two the near post from inside the 18 yard line which is incredible for a girl so young. She's very smart technically and also plays with her older sister Samira on this team which is pretty amazing. Really impressive athletic profile who has also expressed interest in playing collegiately in the USA.     Interception Queen excellent ability to read the game. She cut out Manchester City's play on numerous occasions. Really strong distribution and as the Blue team were holding on to the lead she made several clearances to save the day. Another Tophat product impressing.     Pulled the strings for City in midfield. Great leader and game manager. Directs traffic tactically and when her teammates listen they get good results.     She's a hooper too! The dual sport athlete had herself a day against Bayern Munich. She scored a goal and got an assist on the way to helping her team win 4-0.     Landry played really well for her Red side. She scored a goal and got an assist. She's really good in the air and has an extremely powerful shot.     She scored in the first game against Manchester City. And she scored twice today making her the tournaments top scorer at this moment in time. Can she finish as the Golden Boot Winner after tomorrow?
