College Commitment Scout Grades

Incredible work.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>It is all happening so fast this year. 2026 &amp; 2027's are making their verbal commitments to different schools. I'd like to remind everyone that verbal commitments mean nothing until a letter of intent is signed. Players &amp; Programs flip their verbal commitments all the time throughout this process. It's a very interesting time in American Youth Women's Soccer, as players seem to be more eager to commit to schools than in past years. Many without even going on a visit to the school. Is this good thing for the programs and the players? Only time will tell.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>It's a fascinating system where kids can commit their futures to a program a whole 2 years before they step on campus. I will be giving out grades to recent verbal commitments. Please keep in mind if you are reading this and you didn't get the grade you wanted. Please keep in mind, if you have committed to play at a Division 1, 2 or 3 soccer program you are a great soccer player. Only 7% of high schooler do what you have the opportunity to do. She reminds me a bit of current Cardinal superstar Charlotte Kohler. Koszorus will be arriving on campus right as Kohler is finishing up her last year. She definitely has the potential to slot right in to that position. The Buffs are having a great season sitting at 5-1-0 and Sistek's commitment will be an additional boost to the program. She is a very solid center back with a Power 4 athletic profile and makes solid decisions on the ball. The University of Pacific will be elated with Scarborough's verbal commitment. She is a very underrated attacking player who is an elite multi sport athlete. Extremely athletic and fluid mover. This is a fantastic fit as Muchuruza really fits the type of player the Hurricanes tend to recruit. Her talent is undeniable as she is a Youth National Team player from a great club in Utah Celtic. She has all the tools to be a Power 4 success. VDA continues to develop division 1 talents. I do have some style of play concerns with this one. As they score an extremely good player with the Canadian International McLeod committing her future to them. She is a handful with her physicality and athleticism for any defender to deal with. [program_tooltip program_id='278036' first='San' last='Juan SC'] continues to produce top division 1 talent. Popejoy is an excellent on ball player player who has an incredible engine. She fits the mold of a player that UCLA tend to attract. I think she needs to make some strides athletically in the next couple of years to be ready to contribute in Los Angeles and there will be fierce competition in midfield.
