Birdwell and her Sting Black G10 team are scheduled to play Nationals Soccer Club, Slammers FC and Match Fit Surf in the showcase. The goalkeeper has good length and uses it very well to expand her range between the posts. Birdwell is very quick to get to the ground and extremely technical with her actions, always being on top of things and very rarely giving up rebounds. She's very calm and efficient on the ball, keeping her cool even when under pressure and making good decisions with her distribution.

Burkholder is the starting goalkeeper in the [program_tooltip program_id='283282' first='Challenge' last='SC'] G10 team that will have FC Delco, Jacksonville FC and SoCal Blues as opponents in the event. A goalkeeper with USYNT experience, she's one of the standouts of the team and gives them a lot of confidence with her strong play between the posts. Burkholder is very quick when leaving her spot to challenge opponents 1v1 and also shines with impressive moves between the posts. She communicates very well with her teammates and has a strong right leg, which allows her to deliver accurate long passes out of the back.

Some really talented players are part of these teams, and we'll take the week leading up to the event to feature them. First, the keepers:
Trevino plays for the Classics Elite
G09 team that will face WNY Flash, FC Alliance and HEX FC Bucks in North Carolina. She has plenty of experience at the ECNL level and stands out for her excellent game between the posts. Trevino is not the tallest goalkeeper, but she makes up for it with great positioning and impressive reflexes, which allow her to get to difficult shots in the corners. The goalkeeper is also very quick in her mind and seems to always be one step ahead when it comes to making decisions in goal.
