Kimmel is one of the goalkeepers in the Albion Hurricanes FC G10 team that is set to meet Charlotte SA, WNY Flash and Scorpions SC in Greensboro. She’s a vocal leader for them, consistently communicating with her teammates and keeping the defensive system organized in every situation. Kimmel has excellent reflexes and plays with remarkable determination between the posts, demanding a lot of effort from opponents to score on her. The goalkeeper is typically very accurate with her punts and goal kicks, helping her team get on the ball in the attacking half.

Kimmel was in goal for the Lamar team that played in the Warrior Bracket, getting a pair of losses and a win. I was there in their only victory in the tournament, a 2-0 triumph over Ridge Point in the Consolation Bracket, and the sophomore did solid work in goal to earn the clean sheet. Lamar was very solid defensively in that match, but Kimmel was there when the team needed her, coming up with nice stops. A vocal leader for the team, the goalkeeper also did very well when putting the ball back in play, finding teammates around or beyond the midfield line with long and accurate punts.

Kimmel will be with the Albion Hurricanes FC G10 team that will play against FC Westlake RL G09 and Sting Black G10 in College Station. She joined Albion from RISE SC at the tail end of the last season and continues as one of their options in goal for their upcoming campaign. Kimmel is very skilled between the posts and is capable of making impressive saves with her superior reflexes and great positioning. Despite not being very tall, she does well in the air and is comfortable when she has to use her feet. Kimmel is a natural leader and does a great job of communicating with her defenders.

Kimmel is the goalkeeper for the Rise SC G10 team that competes in the Girls Academy League. She’s coming from an excellent freshman high school season, in which she helped Lamar make a deep playoff run. Kimmel is extremely technical and efficient between the posts, handling shots and crosses with confidence and reliability. She’s also capable of making difficult stops with her impressive reflexes and her ability to read plays. The backline’s vocal general, she also plays major roles for both her club and high school teams, wearing the captain’s armband for them.
