Mansour and her Albion Hurricanes FC G09 team will play New Mexico Soccer Academy G09 in the Texas Shootout. A lefty, she’s very skilled on the ball and can play the number 10 role or a little deeper, organizing the game from the center of the field. She combines high intensity on and off the ball and tremendous quality, and is always in the center of everything her team does on the field. Mansour has incredible vision with her distribution and does a good job of stepping into the penalty box to finish chances.

Mansour is an excellent midfielder. She was playing mostly the #10 role today and really thrives there. Excellent on the half turn and playing through balls in behind. High work rate and takes space on the dribble very well. Excellent athlete and really advantageous physical profile that could play in multiple positions. The cherry on top is she is a lefty.

Mansour was a force in midfield for the Texans as basically everything the team created went through her. The left-footed freshman playmaker was unstoppable with her turns and moves in the central area of the field and consistently disorganized Bellaire’s defensive system with her ability to beat defenders off the dribble. Mansour also had a tremendous passing game, orchestrating the team’s offense with her excellent distribution and finding great through balls and shifts. She moved to the left near the end of the match and concluded two quick transition plays with excellent shots to score the team’s last goals and record a brace.

Mansour was excellent in her box-to-box role and was very involved with Solar’s play. Her accurate passing and her ability to send balls in behind the backline were instrumental as Albion tried to hit their opponents in transition, but she also knew when to move the ball around and change the pace of the game. Mansour also played with tremendous intensity defensively, covering a lot of ground and going hard for her tackles. She almost scored a beautiful goal from outside the penalty box, but saw her shot stop in the crossbar.

Playing next to Ballesteros in more of a box-to-box role, Mansour displayed tremendous quality to contribute on both sides of the ball. She played with good energy on defense and read the game very well, getting numerous interceptions, but was at her best when she had possession. She made some really impressive plays with her skilled left foot, from dribbling opponents with her first touch to unlocking offensive plays with her precise and intelligent passing. Mansour’s vision was excellent during the entire time and she made the right choice with her distribution over and over again, keeping Albion in a consistent offensive rhythm. The midfielder moved off the ball very well too and was in a great spot to finish in the play in which she scored the team’s fourth goal.

Mansour is a center midfielder on the AHFC 09 ECNL team. This is an unconfirmed grad year so her class could be updated in the future. Mansour moves like a player on the field. Calculated and dynamic, Mansour immediately stood out for her approach to the game. She is skillful and quick. She has excellent vision and comfort to play out of tight spaces with her nimble footwork. She has big-time potential.
