She's off to a strong start to the season with the team that is still undefeated in the Texas Conference and has conceded only five goals in six matches. Andrews stands out for her positioning and is always ready to intervene, be it by stepping forward to get to passes played behind the backline or with moves between the posts. The goalkeeper is very reliable in the air, showing great efficiency when claiming crosses, and uses her feet extremely well to make stops, demonstrating excellent reflexes and resourcefulness.

https://www.instagram.com/p/DeIwDsbRHlq/

Lara is a defender with Sting Black. She typically plays in central defense for them, but can also be used as an outside back, showing interesting mobility and quality on the ball to play wider. Lara is very good at defending inside the penalty box, standing out for her positioning and her ability to clear crosses, and also does well when she steps up to press defenders higher up on the field. She tends to rely more on short passes when in possession and shows calm and confidence to break pressing lines with them.

James plays as an attacking midfielder and is a key piece in Sting Black's offensive system. Very quick and technical, she gets on the ball a lot and consistently makes things happen with her ability to beat opponents in tight spaces and her direct game. James shines in a role that gives her the freedom to roam in the final third and attack vulnerable spots in the opposing backline. She's a very good passer, delivers accurate crosses and is also an elite finisher who can score from outside the box with impressive shots.

https://www.instagram.com/p/DXTPr7qDnrM/?img_index=1

Allen is a forward with [program_tooltip program_id='283397' first='[program_tooltip program_id='278668' first='Lonestar' last='']' last='SC'] ATX Red. Tall and skilled, she typically occupies multiple defenders and offers a lot up top for them with her strong all-around game. Allen does a good job operating as the focal point of her team's offense with her ability to work with her back to the goal, but can also make plays a little deeper, showing excellent vision and passing skills. She has a great presence inside the box, but also does well around it, using her close control to dribble the ball and firing nice shots.
