It's easy to remark on the impact she's had on her team through the start of the season. She's frequently involved in generating chances. She's excellent in her decision-making and playmaking qualities for the final third. She's also a tenacious defender and uses her strength well in the duel. She can play as a box-to-box midfielder or as a defensive midfielder. She's been one of the leading scorers for her team through the first few months of the club season. Packer is a physical, imposing midfielder. She will jump into a duel with full strength and come out of there with the ball every time. She reads the game well and knows where to be. Her freedom to get into the attack and her ability to hit a shot from distance also stand out from her play. Packer is one of the key players on a top team in the country. She will be on to watch at upcoming showcase events. Lapado is a midfielder on the Michigan Hawks Magic U15 ECNL team. She has been a standout during the early club season for her squad. She's an excellent defender for the role and looks like she could be an elite outside back as well. Lapado has a knack for reading the opposition and getting into the tackle at the right moment. She gets into the attack as well and nabbed the game-winner against KC Athletics recently. Her endless engine certainly stands out as well as her competitive drive. Horton impressed for her [program_tooltip program_id='276692' first='Nationals' last=''] side during the ECNL playoffs last season. She's stepped into the same role with a new team this season (same club, just slightly adjusted squad with the graduation year vs birth year change). The way Horton plays the No. 6 spot is a perfect example of what coaches want from a player in that role from a tactics and effort standpoint. Her movement off the ball - especially when her team is in possession - stands out from her peers. She's always moving and adjusting. She's creating this windows to make options for her teammates. [program_tooltip program_id='276692' first='Nationals' last=''] has only conceded one goal through this point in the season and a lot of that credit goes to the work Horton is doing in shutting down the center of the pitch with her constant work and quick decisions on the ball when she gains possession. She's an unsung hero of her side. Schwartz is a leader on the field. The center back for the [program_tooltip program_id='276692' first='Nationals' last=''] U15 ECNL team has been outstanding at the start of the campaign. She's a smart player who does in reading the game and always being in the right position. [program_tooltip program_id='276692' first='Nationals' last=''] has been possession-dominant against the competition through the early stages of the season and that has resulted in a number of shutouts. Schwartz stood out for her passing ability. She's able to split the pressure of the opposition and find open teammates to generate looks going forward. She has previously been called into US Soccer Talent ID Centers and looks to be at the level to continue to getting looks from US Soccer scouts. Coletta is the goalkeeper on the [program_tooltip program_id='276692' first='Nationals' last=''] U15 ECNL team. She has been a standout this season for her play in shutouts. She isn't in the action that much, but she is always ready when needed. She's made some great diving saves with excellent technique and strong hands to keep the ball out of the net. Coletta is good with her distribution as well. She is confident off her line and calm when picking out the outlet pass for her side. She has the characteristics of a modern goalkeeper who can do it all.
