Harrell is an attacking midfielder/forward on the Nationals U15 ECNL team. She was named an ECNL All-American last season. She has been a part of the US Youth National Team talent ID events.

She’s a dynamic attacking talent who is excellent on the ball. Harrell has a good understanding of how to manipulate the defense from the center of the pitch with her change of pace and direction. She can take over a game in the blink of an eye with the ball at her feet. She uses body feints to create space. She likes to turn toward goal and run at the defense with speed.

She make good decisions with the ball at her feet and shows the vision to unlock the defense through combination play with her teammates.

Harrell wants to have the ball at her feet and works to get touches. She’s a confident playmaker and shows all the characteristics of a player bound for the top level in the future.

Faith found herself in the final third of the attack multiple times throughout her match v. GSA G11. She uses her smaller frame to avoid big contact by emphasizing her quickness into space. Harrell has a nice first touch and displayed her eye for goal by slotting a nice one around the GK during the run of play. Keep an eye on Harrell, she should continue to grow into a dominant midfielder.
