As a 10, playing behind the striker, Kincaid completes the offense and adds a direct and dynamic approach to the midfield. Tall, physical, aggressive, and good in the air, it only makes a recipe for goals. Constantly chasing down the ball and players, she does an excellent job of applying pressure and forcing the mistake, often leading to quick and effective returns of possession and counter attacks. Always on the move and on her toes, wether she receives the ball or not, she has an effect on the play. She is always making forward runs looking for space to run onto or play her teammates in. With sharp technical abilities, an eye for goal, and a burning desire to win, she makes for an effective and clinical center attacking midfielder.

We highlighted Evie Kincaid Evie Kincaid M State MO last season when we wrote about the 2026 class for this area – as she was already jumping off game film while playing against players two years older than her. The talented midfielder has been excellent at the start of this campaign. She continues to impress scouts at every level. She has shown qualities to suggest she is on the pathway to being a key player at the international level for US Soccer.

Kincaid, notably a 2028, might be the most exciting prospect I’ve scouted in some time. There is a ton of untapped potential – and she is clearly a player who is working tirelessly on her craft while playing on multiple teams. Kincaid has that movement on the field that looks effortless at times, but also jumps off the screen. She has the qualities to be the best attacking midfielder in the country in her class – keep in mind we have done minimal scouting for this group, but her performances while playing up an age group in the ECNL have shown so much promise that it is hard not to be excited about her future.
