Here's a look at a just a few exciting 2025 prospects from Michigan that have/should boost their stocks in the coming months.

D Cali Schwartzenberger - Michigan Hawks/Salem

Schwartzenberger is a tough player to break past for The Michigan Hawks. She was highly productive as an outside back in the ECNL this season while also working as a center back too. She makes great runs horizontally and vertically to stop attacks. And when she wins the ball, she displays an excellent touch and plenty of confidence to make the right decision. A high motor defender to keep an eye on.

GK Simran Magnan - Michigan Rush/Northville

It's not often you see a freshman goalie lead her team to the D1 state championship game, but that's exactly what Simian Magnan did in 2022. This spring, she led Northville on an unbeaten run all the way to the state semifinals. Accumulating 14 clean sheets in 21 games. She's shown plenty of consistency at stopping penalties and rises to the occasion when called upon. She also has great hands and knows when to catch a ball or parry it to the side. Magnan was also selected to the Midwest ODP Pool

F Maya Justice - GTFC Impact ECNL/Woodhaven

Maya Justice put on a show at the ECNL regionals this year. Scoring nine goals in three games and leading GTFC Impact to a regional title in the process. What stands out the most is her ability to use both feet. Which is something even some pro's still struggle with. The power she adds with either leg is sensational. Outside of that, she's so explosive in the open field and can blow by you in an instant. Often bursting through the center backs for an easy 1v1 breakaway. Justice assed nine goals in three games during ECNL regionals.

D/M Ivy Wilhelm - Michigan Hawks/Ann Arbor Pioneer

She can play as both an outside back and midfielder. Wilhelm has an outstanding touch and displays excellent dribble moves with the ball at her feet. She also excels at changing direction with quick feet and great body control. Wilhelm turns excellent, physical defense into offensive opportunities with a powerful long ball and great awareness up the field.

GK Addison Tulik - Michigan Hawks/Belleville

An athletic keeper with nice size at 5'10", Addison Tulik has so much potential. She's got nice hands to go along with great positioning in and around the goal. She also knows when to command her area and make the right plays with her feet. A productive keeper both on the ECNL and High School level.

D [player_tooltip player_id='93478' first='Nadia' last='Valka'] - Liverpool IA MI ECNL/Marian

Valka earned all-state honorable mention as a sophomore this spring. She also made the ECNL Midwest All-Conference team a year ago. I like how she plays because she seems to make a big impact on the field. Wether it's winning the ball in her space, or playin the long ball. She always seems to get the job done.
