About Emma

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

This year I am playing the nine. I would consider my style to be more of a wide nine. I am able to use my speed to drift from central to wide flanks and receive long balls behind the fullbacks. I also play the false nine by creating the gaps for my teammates to exploit. My speed is what truly makes me a game changer.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am extremely focused and tough both physically and mentally. I am curious and embrace learning new things! I also have a great sense of humor!

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

2024/25 IMG Sophomore ALL Star award (1 of 3) Volunteered for Special Olympics 2023 2022 Principal Award Recipient

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Gaining confidence in my game IQ and ability to communicate more effectively has helped me increase my level of leadership. I feel what happens off the field also plays a major role in teamwork and leadership!

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Yes! Starting club level soccer later than most of my teammates. I would say “consistent” hard work and focus is what got me to where I am today… making first team all three years at IMG! I continue to grind it out and learn as much as I can from coaches and those who have more experience.

What type of college are you looking for?

Looking for a college that is competitive both academically and athletically!!!
