With the announcement of the ECNL All-Conference players, comes a rise in rankings, or players who are new to the rankings. Here are some girls who made a big move in the rankings after being chosen for the very prestigious accolade.

[player_tooltip player_id='228413' first='Ella' last='Atherton-Turner'], Central Midfielder, San Juan SC

Atherton-Turner is a Boise State commit who had a great ECNL season. She is a player that never switches off and never gives up on a play. She works very hard in the midfield to keep the ball, and she is more than just hard work, as she is talent. She is good in possession, can keep the ball in traffic and shows the ability to make good passes in tight areas.

[player_tooltip player_id='63946' first='Shannon' last='Davidson'], Central Midfielder, Beach FC

Davidson, a Utah commit, is an absolute stud in the midfield. She can literally do it all, as she covers so much ground, tracking from box-to-box and looking to make an impact all over the field. She's strong and physical, and fights to dispossess opponents, wins the ball and starts transitioning right away. And when she does, she can carry the ball or make a very smart, precise pass that hits someone on the run. She sees angles when she plays a ball and makes passes others wouldn't. She also follows the play well and becomes a scoring threat.

[player_tooltip player_id='19248' first='Cassidy' last='Drago'], Forward, San Diego Surf

Drago is a player that creates space and finds space. She is excellent in terms of movement, either on the ball or off of it. She can create for her or her teammates because of this ability to create space, her patience and her vision. Off the ball, she positions herself well and finds ways to be in dangerous positions. She is able to put away goals because of being in the right spot. Drago is committed to BYU.

[player_tooltip player_id='19744' first='Laila' last='Edris'], Attacking Midfielder, MVLA

Edris is committed to UCLA and is an incredible nimble and gifted midfielder. She is versatile and can play several spots, but is very dangerous as a No. 10. She's excellent off the dribble, using her stop and start ability and her quickness to beat defenders. She's very good about drawing a crowd and then playing a well-placed ball out into space and creating numbers for her team. She's strong with both feet and has scoring ability from all over the pitch.

[player_tooltip player_id='54188' first='Katie' last='Ellermeyer'], Central Midfielder, San Diego Surf

Ellermeyer is a Pittsburgh commit and the future Pitt Panther is quite the facilitator from the No. 8 spot. She shows the vision needed to help get the ball into dangerous areas, she's precise which helps the team transition quickly, and she makes good decisions in terms of where she chooses to go with the ball.

[player_tooltip player_id='228414' first='Ally' last='Harrison'], Keeper, De Anza Force

The Santa Clara commit is bold and brave. She's daring and courageous and she makes decisions quickly. She covers her post well, but cuts off the angle enough as to not be vulnerable at the far post. She shows good lateral range and has good, strong hands.

[player_tooltip player_id='228417' first='Alyssa' last='Jurado'], Defender, Bay Area FC

Jurado is an excellent slide tackler, and she reads angles very well to where she can close out on an attacker before they get in on goal. She is athletic so she can play as an outside back as well, but wherever she is on the pitch you will see a defender who likes to possess, who is comfortable doing it and will play daring balls that are very clever. She is committed to pay at play at the University of San Francisco.

[player_tooltip player_id='20193' first='Siena' last='Meyer'], Central Defender, LAFC

Meyer is a UCLA commit and the Bruins are getting an athletic center back who shows good skills on the ball. She is technically sound in all areas. She's a calm and mature player, who processes the game quickly and does not rush. She is a strong defender, showing the ability to win her aerial duels in addition to being a strong tackler.

[player_tooltip player_id='20139' first='Samantha' last='Neumeier'], Outside Defender, LA Breakers FC

Neumeier will be heading to Oregon and the future Duck will bring a lot of speed with her to Eugene. She tracks back with blazing speed and closes the gap on attackers moving down field very well, and can dispossess on the move. She's instinctual which helps her break up attacks, and she is very dangerous in attack for her own team. She's comfortable carrying the ball up the touch line, but even better when she plays combination football and gets the ball out quickly and gets moving.

[player_tooltip player_id='19172' first='Avery' last='Oder'], Forward/Midfielder, Beach FC

Oder was just featured here last week, if you want a more in-depth look. She is a creative, talented, technical player with great 1v1 skills. She is fast, athletic, quick and very agile. Oder is committed to Duke.

[player_tooltip player_id='54241' first='Alicia' last='Osegueda'], Forward, San Juan SC

Osegueda is committed to the University of San Francisco, and the future Don will offer the school on the hill a lot in terms of athleticism and creativeness. She's incredibly gifted with fast twitch as she is very shifty and agile. She is very tough and strong, looking to hold off a defender, or take the ball off of someone, and then she goes right at people. She can finish neatly, doing so often with one touch, and she can drift out wide and send in a laser cross.

[player_tooltip player_id='54243' first='Avery' last='Standish'], Central Midfielder, Mustang SC

Standish is a UC Santa Barbara commit and she is a ball-winning, hard-nosed central midfielder. She takes her role as a No. 8 very seriously as she controls the center of the pitch. She does not let the opposition through the middle without a fight as she is very strong and physical. She likes to patrol her area, and when she is on the ball, she doesn't lose sight of her responsibilities. She facilitates well, she has good vision, but she does not wander or get out of position at the expense of controlling the center of the pitch.

[player_tooltip player_id='19961' first='Milee' last='Zych'], Defender, Slammers HBK

Zych is an athletic defender, who can do a bit of everything. She can push up and get involved, she can calmly possess and she can make passes. She's also a very physical and strong defender who can defend by filling gaps, or by winning challenges. She is heading to Rocky Top as she is committed to Tennessee.
