Expert Analysis
Guilherme Torres | Prep Soccer Scout
Wachholtz was with the Houston Dynamo team that ended in second place in Group L with two wins and a tie. A tall goalkeeper, he has great command of the penalty box, moving well to get to the ball and using his long arms to catch it before opponents get to it. Wachholtz is also very productive between the posts, combining his excellent length with solid reflexes. The goalkeeper does a good job of consistently communicating with the backline and keeping everyone on the same page.
