Seger is a defensive midfielder on the San Diego Surf 2011 ECNL team. Surf is the two-time defending National Champions in this age group in ECNL. The Southern California powerhouse has some of the top 2029 and 2030s in the country on the roster. Seger is a standout amongst that group. An incredibly smart player who does all the little things well. Seger is a ball-dominant player. She needs to be on a team that is going to hold the majority of the possession because that is when she is her best. She never hides from the ball, it's her best friend. She checks her shoulders before receiving the ball and makes quick decisions in possession. She's got all the traits of a midfielder who will be a star in the role for a long time.

Franny Van Zweeden is a box-to-box midfielder for So Cal Blues 2011 ECNL team. She was part of the U14 Girls National Team West Regional ID Camp earlier this year. She has been a key part of the midfield for one of the most successful teams in California for some time. She's excellent all-around player. She's got terrific vision. Her ability to spin off defenders while keeping her balance is a rare trait for a midfielder. She's an elite finisher for the position. Van Zweeden's all-around game makes an ideal candidate as a top level No. 8 in this class.

Torres is a midfielder on the [program_tooltip program_id='280776' first='Eagles' last='SC'] 2011 ECNL team. She was one of the key standouts for her team in the run to Richmond over the summer. Torres is a do-everything type of midfielder. She has great balance on the ball. She cuts on a dime and keeps her footing even under pressure from the opposition. She's excellent at using her quick feet to dance away from duels - picking off the ball and then moving to open space is a strength of her game. She's got a great first touch and looks comfortable playing out of the middle with a defender on her back. Torres has all the tools and talent to be a top player in her position for a long time.

Cahill is a defensive midfielder on the So Cal Blues 2011 ECNL team. She was part of the U14 GNT West Regional ID Camp earlier this year. She possesses the qualities that national team scouts look for in a midfielder - smart, improvisational, coachable, and dedicated. Cahill is a player who is always turned on during the game. She's calculating the next few moves before the ball even gets to her. She's excellent passer and plays with her head up. She does well in her spacing with her midfield trio, she keeps a good balance in the center of the field - she's been well-coached for the role. Cahill is a key player on the Blues and a major reason for their success last season in ECNL.

She is playing up an age group at the club level. She was part of the Girls Academy National Talent ID event in the 2011 age group. She looked like the best player on the field during the playoffs while playing up an age group - to give perspective on the type of talent that she is. She played in the midfield, but she has the capability to line up at any spot on the field. She's right footed and can strike a shot from 40 yards out on frame. Cutrona is a dominant player at the Girls Academy level and looks to be continuing the recent trend of elite prospects from Bakersfield.

She's been called into the Mexico Youth National Teams and been part of the US Youth National Teams. She is a defensive midfielder, but can also play as a box-to-box midfielder. She is not the biggest player on the field in stature, but she is almost always the player who leaves the biggest impact. She's a player who outsmarts the opponent and picks her moments to influence the game. She uses her body well and plays with her head up. Zamora covers ground with ease and has a graceful stride as a runner. She's got the tools to be a top-tier midfielder in this class.

Garcia is a midfielder on So Cal Reds 2011 Girls Academy. She was part of the Girls Academy Southwest Talent ID event. She is a do-it-all type of midfielder. She lined up as an attacking midfielder at times for So Cal Reds during the GA Playoffs, but it seems like she can drop back to a defensive role when the game situation calls on her to hep see out a result. She's a ferocious defender with a unrelenting approach to 1v1 duels. The defensive instincts suggest a possibility (and bright future) as a center back.

Sandoval is an attacking midfielder/forward on the Slammers Koge 2011 ECNL team. She is the most dominant player in aerial duels in this class. Sandoval clearly separates herself from her peers in that department. She's provided with excellent service on the Slammers Koge side, but she leaps over players better than almost any youth player in recent memory. There is a highlight of quite a few goals she has scored in 2025 on set pieces just from that skill and there is a reason why it is such a desirable trait for the top teams with games so often decided from set pieces.

The quality that shines from her game is her work rate. She is a tireless worker - both on the field and training. She has track speed too.
Maxwell is a midfielder on the Beach FC 2011 ECNL. She has been part of the US Soccer Youth National Team in the past. Maxwell is a box-to-box or attacking midfielder who can do it all. She's right footed, but can strike the ball well with either foot. She's an excellent passer and plays with her head up. Her best skill is her ability to progress the ball up the field off the dribble. She's got an explosive first step and can dribble through traffic. Maxwell's ability to break the pressure off the dribble opens up the game for Beach, and makes her one of the top midfielders in the state in this class.
