Rankings Preview: Top Talent from the Virginia 2029 Class

She's a winger who can play on either side of the formation. Left wing is probably the best spot for her. She is able to get past defenders on either foot. She has terrific pace with the ball at her feet and keeps close control of the ball while maintaining her balance running at full speed. She is an excellent finisher with a quick, powerful shot. She plays with her head up and does well with her decision-making in the final third. She is playing up an age group at the club level. Change still stands out as one of the best while playing up an age group. She's skillful, strong, and a great finisher. She shines in the hold-up play with her close control and decision-making. She does well in spinning off defenders and creating chances with her passes. Charlet is always locked in on the action and quick to spring into a decisive action when the opportunity presents itself. She is left footed but a great finisher with either foot. She is a two-way weapon in that role. She has the pace and defensive instincts to shutdown wingers. She has the dribbling and ball control quality to be put her among the best in that category. She is a capable of finisher on either foot, which opens up the opportunity to get at the opposition off either foot. The Richmond midfielder has been outstanding during the first months of the ECNL season. Her ability to improvise in the transition moments of the game - and her decision-making when in possession are among the best from a midfielder in the country in this class. Lombard is listed as a forward/midfielder/defender on her player profile because she has that type of versatility and range.
