She can play in any position across the defense but thrives most as a left-sided center back. Defensively, she is an intelligent player who has great awareness. She knows where to position herself given the context of the opposing attack. Her main defensive attribute is her anticipation. She rarely needs to get dirty to win the ball back. When she, or her team, wins the ball back, she transitions into an offensive threat. Her passing is comparable to that of a creative midfielder. She plays wonderful through balls and incisive passes into the path of a teammate who can progress play quickly. If she finds space to do so, she'll also make runs herself. She is an agile and skillful dribbler who can catch the opposition by surprise given her position.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Aileen is an imposing and versatile defender who typically plays as a center back but can play wherever she's needed between defense and midfield. Her physique and pace allow her to impose herself against attackers. She marks them incessantly, becoming an annoyance to them constantly. Her anticipation and tackling make her highly effective in crucial moments. Offensively, she proves to be a complete weapon. Her height gives her an advantage over most opposing defenders in dead-ball situations. It's here where she capitalizes and shows how deadly she is in the box. Her headers are almost impossible to save. They're shot with precision and power that the goalkeepers rarely expect. If she doesn't shoot directly at goal, she'll head the ball into the ground to make it just as hard for the goalkeeper to save it. </p>
