Leahi 2010 Premier went 3-0 with 11 goals vs 2 at GA Showcase

The legacy on the girls' side will always be tied to their reputation for producing the most collegiate players across the U.S. than any other club in the 808 state.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Girls Academy League is where this team is making their mark as well as recently creating a partnership with [program_tooltip program_id='283395' first='Legends' last='FC'] out of Southern California to integrate players into their rosters.&nbsp; This commitment to connect with top-level programs and the Girls Academy will definitely allow Hawaii based players to receive additional opportunities to be scouted and evaluated for the next levels of soccer.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>While seeing some of the Leahi teams compete at GA tournaments in SoCal, the most impressive of the teams I recently evaluated are from the 2010G team.&nbsp; Led by Coach Daniel Saucedo, the recently hired College Placement Director for Leahi and assistant women's soccer coach for the University of Hawaii team, the future continues to look bright for Leahi players.<br></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>We are also thankful for some of our prep soccer players committing to the University of Hawaii program.&nbsp; Cora Bryant, Parisa Abedi, [player_tooltip player_id='147209' first='Olivia' last='Barajas'], [player_tooltip player_id='206659' first='Avery' last='Edson'], [player_tooltip player_id='112212' first='Laney' last='Brucker'], and Grace Bennett are the 2026 and 2027 commits.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Interestingly enough, not all Hawaii-based players will opt for just playing at the UH Manoa team (Division 1) and the 4 other Division 2 programs in the state.&nbsp; The majority of these players will look at options for playing on the mainland at all levels of collegiate soccer.&nbsp; Thus, the Leahi program leads the way, and we are hoping to also be able to give those players the platform to be seen and evaluated while supporting them in their soccer journey.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Leahi 2010 Premier Team is the top-ranked 2010 (U16) girls' soccer team in Hawai‘i and&nbsp;has only grown stronger this year with the addition of several top-tier players. &nbsp; Coach Saucedo noted, “The team also placed second at&nbsp;the Hawai‘i State Cup in its age group—a result determined by a technicality, after opting not to&nbsp;travel to Regionals due to a $1,700 entry fee requirement.”&nbsp;
