With a solid performance, Delgado helped Atascocita overcome the second round of the Falcon Bracket with a 3-1 win over Friendswood. Forming the team’s center back duo with her younger sister Rian, the senior was very strong, controlling the area around the penalty box and covering her teammates when needed. The two did a good job of limiting Friendswood’s dangerous forward Gisele Kehres, forcing her to play far from the penalty box for most of the time. A lefty, Delgado also displayed great quality in possession, hitting great passes and making pushes through the middle to support the team’s offense.
