With a solid performance, Delgado helped Atascocita overcome the second round of the Falcon Bracket with a 3-1 win over Friendswood. Forming the team’s center back duo with her younger sister Rian, the senior was very strong, controlling the area around the penalty box and covering her teammates when needed. The two did a good job of limiting Friendswood’s dangerous forward Gisele Kehres, forcing her to play far from the penalty box for most of the time. A lefty, Delgado also displayed great quality in possession, hitting great passes and making pushes through the middle to support the team’s offense.

A senior, Delgado will have a key role in anchoring Atascocita’s new-look backline in 2025. Originally a left back, she has tremendous offensive skills, dribbling the ball efficiently in wide positions, connecting great passes and sending accurate crosses into the penalty box. Delgado has been playing as a left-sided center back with the Lady Eagles and has been a great fit there, doing solid defensive work with her tackles and strengthening the team’s buildup with her quality on the ball. She’s the team’s go-to player in set pieces and contributed six goals and four assists in her junior year.

The starting left back for Challenge SC ECNL 07, Delgado is a skilled and consistent producer for the team. Her quality on the ball allows her to play as a winger and makes of her a very offensive-minded outside back, who strongly contributes to the team’s attacking efforts. Delgado is very difficult to stop because she has the pace and dribbling skills to take the ball to the end line and send dangerous crosses into the penalty box, but can also bring it inside and finish from distance with power and precision. She’s solid defensively too, being also capable of playing as a center back, and can be very dangerous when taking free kicks and corners.

An offensive-minded left back, Delgado is among Atascocita’s main attacking weapons. She’s very dangerous with her runs on the left side of the field, especially when she gets to combine with winger Abby Friday. Delgado is quick, strong with her dribbling and knows what to do in the final third, at times dribbling the ball into the penalty box to finish and on other occasions sending accurate crosses into it. Also very efficient when taking care of the team’s set pieces, Delgado has played some center back this season, displaying interesting defensive skills and connecting great passes out of the back. She has an assist this season.

An offensive-minded left back, Delgado is one of the main attacking weapons of her team Atascocita – because of her skills on the ball she’s often used as a winger. She’s very aggressive when in possession, getting on the ball and attempting to beat opponents off the dribble. Even if she can’t get to the end line, she’s still capable of sending accurate crosses into the penalty box. Delgado is also very quick and intelligent and often brings the ball inside, from where she can attempt long-distance shots or try to find key passes in the attacking third.

Very technical and direct on the ball, she frequently pushes forward from the left and helps the team create chances. Delgado is very smooth on the ball and her complete game allows her to threaten defenses in different ways. A lefty, she’s great at beating opponents off the dribble and taking the ball to the end line, from where she can send dangerous crosses into the penalty box. But she’s also very good at making combination plays through the middle and finishing from distance. Delgado can also play further up on the field if needed.
