About Esteban

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

A quick striker that scores goals. I help the team by assisting and putting teammates in the best possible situation to score or make a positive play. I like to switch the field and play the ball to my wingers. But especially I like to make runs in behind the defense to score goals. And I'm always trying to find the pockets in the midfield to advance the play.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I'm always trying to get better and try to get coached up on what I have to improve to reach my full potential. I'm always try to be the best person I can to anyone even when I don't know them. My life is christ centered and I would say that I don't get distracted by going out or having fun. I just like to ball out and show out.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I'm in ping pong club and in NSHSS.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have provided church service for the children. I love to push my teammates to be there best and also push myself too. When one of my teammates is down mentally I always try to encourage them to keep going.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I would call it a little bit of adversity but hurting my knee this year. And sitting out of high school soccer for 2 months without playing. Which has took a toll on me mentally.

What type of college are you looking for?

A college that believes in me and has the major of kinesiology. Also, a program that knows what type of potential i have and that coaches me hard.
