She was excellent against San Diego Surf on Day 3. Jaw dropping burst of speed, high competitive motor, and plays with no fear. Her goal got her side an early lead and the rest of her play helped increase it as well maintain it in a 2-1 win. She presses the backline very strategically for a 2028 player and when she decides to go its FAST.

Pete is an attacker for Sting Dallas Royal 09 in the ECNL league and an elite goalscorer for Lake Ridge. She’s a relentless and talented forward, who keeps opposing defenders under constant pressure with her intensity in the final third. Pete’s never-ending movement in the final third typically gets opposing backlines disorganized, generating space for her teammates and her to explore. She’s a threat out wide with her pace and ability to create chances for her teammates, but also knows her way inside the penalty box and is a lethal finisher, who very rarely wastes chances from close range.

Pete was a big part of the Sting Royal team that triumphed in each of their three matches in Dallas. The forward scored the game-winning goal in their 1-0 win over SLSG Navy in their first match in the event and was a constant threat up top. Pete’s constant movement off the ball was a challenge for opposing defenders as she was very smart with her positioning and didn’t need much time to create separation from them. She did a great job of getting wide to make plays and was very strong in 1v1 situations, beating defenders to get into good spots to finish and to find her teammates.

Pete had a wonderful showing during the ECNL event in Phoenix. The forward was electric whenever the ball was on her feet. She did well using her speed to create space – both behind the defense and in front of the back line. She was fearless on the dribble and showed her quality in getting past defenders with ease. In the open field, she was tough to catch and showcased her creativity with the ball at her feet. Pete is a top forward from this age group.

Pete was the focal point of Sting Dallas Royal’s offense and helped the team end the event with a strong record of three wins and eight goals scored. She was a constant threat to opponents with her ability to identify vulnerable spots in their backline and use her pace to explore them. Pete was very active up top and was also very dangerous in more of a central spot, making good combination plays through the middle and creating opportunities to finish with quick moves and turns inside the penalty box. She played with great energy off the ball too, putting pressure on opposing defenders.

Pete will be with Sting Dallas Royal G09 when they play Michigan Hawks Magic, Indy Eleven Pro Academy and PDA White this weekend. A class of 2028 prospect, she’s playing one age group up, but still gets to be an impactful player for her team. She’s a ruthless goalscorer, who plays aggressively up top, but also thrives when played a little bit deeper, where she has space to make plays. Pete is very fast, and uses that to hurt defenses in transition, but also gets to create problems with her dribbling when backlines are set up for her. She’s always goal-hungry on the field, but has great vision and feeds her teammates with great passes too.
