Oliver “Oli” Wagner is a natural forward. He is fast, chasing down both players and balls with determination. Patiently, he waits to receive a pass or positions himself around the penalty box, ready for the perfect opportunity to strike. When he finds or creates a goalscoring chance, he finishes with ease and class, making the most of those opportunities. He can also play in midfield, where he effectively drops back to support both the defense and the offense. The Met Oval midfielder has been part of US Soccer Talent ID events in the past. He’s one to watch from this group.

Wagner is an attacking midfielder on the Met Oval 09 MLS Next team. He immediately stood out from game film for his quality on the ball. He can manipulate a defender with his subtle movements and sublime control. He is an excellent passer and sees the gaeme at a high level. He looks to be left footed, but he is more than capable of providing the magic with either foot. Wagner has been part of US Soccer Talent ID events in the past. He has also been part of Poland Youth National Team events. He is a gifted player with a bright future.
