She recently attended the Eric Bell Soccer Academy at TCU and the Kronis Academy ID camp prior. Ry recently played up with the ’09 team for the first half of the ECNL season while coming back from back-to-back knee surgeries. She is a player to watch as she is getting back to form and will be attending more camps and showcases in the next few months. One of the things I’ve noticed at ECNL Phoenix is that she is a good size and has the ability to make all the tough saves while playing the ball at her feet. I really liked how she communicated with her defense and made some critical stops against quality offenses. Ry is a top-level goalkeeper who will try to get her team to the national playoffs. With a 10-5-2 overall record, the most critical stretch of the spring ECNL season is underway, and it will be interesting to see if they can make it to Seattle.
