<p>The playoffs are underway in the University Interscholastic League (UIL) high school soccer season and between now and April 13, the last day of the State Tournament, it's going to be win or go home for the teams fighting for the title in each of the three divisions in Texas.</p>

<p>There will be plenty of exciting matches going on around the Lone Star State over the next three weeks and Prep Soccer will preview some of them. Regional quarterfinals are up next, with matches taking place on April 1 and 2, and here's one to watch:</p>

<p><strong>Memorial vs. Seven Lakes - April 2 - 5:30 PM - @ Rhodes Stadium</strong></p>

<p>The Mustangs were the second-best team in District 17, ending district play with 11 wins, two losses and one tie. They have already survived two rounds in the playoffs, beating Heights 3-0 in bi-district and upsetting Ridge Point 1-0 in the area round. Memorial have 15 wins, five losses and three ties for the season, with 78 goals scored and 15 allowed.</p>

<p>Junior Madison Ramke has been the team's main choice at goalkeeper. In front of her, In front of her, seniors Molly Oldham and Charlotte Hardig do a solid job at outside back, while fellow senior [player_tooltip player_id='26590' first='Cara' last='Chaffin'] stands out at center back - freshman [player_tooltip player_id='112618' first='Sophie' last='Peterson'] is a great option off the bench at outside back. Senior Madeline Besetsny, sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='150822' first='Talia' last='Camin'] and freshman [player_tooltip player_id='162331' first='Andie' last='Patterson'] are excellent options in midfield, while seniors Indya Dotson and Reagan Paulson and freshman [player_tooltip player_id='112616' first='Bella' last='Youssef'] are the main forwards on the roster.</p>

<p><strong>Seven Lakes</strong></p>

<p>The Spartans were the co-champions of District 19 with a campaign of 11 wins, two losses and three ties. In the postseason, Seven Lakes topped George Ranch 1-0 in the bi-district round and Cy-Fair 1-0 in the area round. Considering the entire season, the team has 15 wins, three losses and five ties, with 66 goals scored and 16 conceded.</p>

<p>Between senior Carly Drescher and sophomore Hailey Koop, the Spartans have two solid options at goalkeeper. The defense has juniors Olivia Orellana (center back) and [player_tooltip player_id='54871' first='Kennedy' last='Reed'] (left back) as two of its more consistent players - senior outside back Sydney Hill is an excellent defender too. Freshman [player_tooltip player_id='167843' first='Camryn' last='Lumpkin'] has been a revelation at defensive midfielder, solidifying Seven Lakes' defensive system. Senior [player_tooltip player_id='27328' first='Wagoner' last='Towsen'] is the team's main chance creator, often looking to feed sophomore Anuhea Aalona up top. Other dangerous offensive options for the team are juniors Madison Holland and Victoria Ott.</p>
