Rankings Preview: New Talent to Know in Texas 2029 Class

She proved her quality throughout the campaign and earned the attention as a top talent. Aguirre's two-way play impressed me. She's the outside back who has the technical ability to play in the center of the field. She is excellent with her combination passing and movement off the ball. Defensively, she is a great 1v1 defender, and shows plenty of quality as an elite support defender. She keeps close control of the ball while also maintaining balance. Rodgers plays with her head up, which helps her beat the first mark and find the right pass to create chances for her team. Rodgers is one of the best players on one of the best teams in the 2010 age group. She understands how to keep a defender behind her and retain possession of the ball. She has quick feet and can dance around defenders. She has the finisher instincts around goal that are valuable for a No. 9. Sadlowski does well in the combination play and has the pace to get in behind the defense. Drewry's high work rate also shows up on game film. She progresses the ball up the field well off the dribble. She has great field awareness and good skill. Wortman's game has all the trademarks of a player who will be a key catalyst on a national champion in the future. Harrington has been part of US Soccer Talent ID and National Team call-ups in the past.
