#2 Tahoma v. #12 Mount Si

This is the match we all wanted to see but did not expect. Two experienced postseason programs, one eyeing their first State Championship and the other looking to raise the trophy for the first time in 20 years. The Wildcats are coming off a huge win in double OT versus Issaquah that opened people's eyes to the true potential for a State Title in 2025. Mount Si relied on their young talent for the semifinal upset with sophomores Isabella Seidenstucker and [player_tooltip player_id='341635' first='Lauren' last='Standfield'] providing late match heroics. They will be looking for them to provide that spark again! Mount Si will be leaving nothing to chance and with the defensive strength of [player_tooltip player_id='341643' first='Natalie' last='Boyle'] as well as the GK experience of [player_tooltip player_id='124864' first='Emily' last='Jenkins'], the Wildcats may just bring home their first State Championship to North Bend.

Tahoma is in the driver's seat for this one. The game changers throughout the roster will surely be at their best when they kickoff at Sparks Stadium. All-League defenders, [player_tooltip player_id='341642' first='Ryenn' last='Lyman'] and [player_tooltip player_id='341644' first='Alexa' last='La Forge'] will help solidify that back line and the postseason star, [player_tooltip player_id='341645' first='Ameryia' last='Johnson'], will be attacking the Wildcat defense hunting for open shots. This match could come down to the battle of the goalkeepers and Tahoma has one of the best. [player_tooltip player_id='111528' first='Simone' last='Bennett'] will be in between the pipes again today and she will not be taking this opportunity lightly, as it is her final match in a Tahoma Bears uniform. Though the Bears have a long history of competing in the State Tourney, their last top 3 finish was back in 2012. They have already bypassed that hurdle and will at least finish in the top 2 BUT Tahoma wants more. They truly have heart eyes for that State Championship trophy, and they plan on raising it up high in Puyallup.

Expect big things from this match. One to two plays will decide who will be the 4A State Champions and who will be wishing they had those one or two plays back.

#3 Bellevue v. #9 Liberty (Renton)

Bellevue has had to battle each and every match this postseason, winning each of their State Tournament contests by close margins. The Wolverines haven't won in the State final match since 2022, and they feel this is the year to win it all again. Junior, [player_tooltip player_id='28400' first='Saleen' last='Koszorus'], has been a leader for her team, grabbing 1st Team All-League honors as well as being named the KingCo Conference Offensive MVP in 2025. Liberty will have to have a significant game plan in place to stop her if they want to be successful. Bellevue is stacked with elite young players like defender, [player_tooltip player_id='279246' first='Magdalene' last='Peters'] who is already a menace on the back line in only her freshman year. The Bellevue Wolverines are a storied program with many top 5 State Tourney finishes but with the immense talent and determination this team has, this could be the year that Bellevue brings back the 3A WIAA State Title and proves that they are where they belong.

The Patriots have matched up against stiff competition to make it to this Championship match. They are battle tested and ready to show everyone that they deserve to be there to take home that coveted trophy. Led by GK [player_tooltip player_id='111597' first='Peyton' last='Warns'], the defensive back line continues to hold off their opponents and provide fantastic counter attacks to give their forwards opportunities to score. All-League recipients, [player_tooltip player_id='186185' first='Morgan' last='Ackermann'] and [player_tooltip player_id='111381' first='Adeline' last='Streur'] will be leading the charge to control the tempo and provide goal scoring opportunities. Liberty knows they have the potential to do something special today and they won't let this chance slip away without digging deep and giving it everything they have.

This 3A Championship match will be feisty and if it is still close late, we could be seeing OT or PKs to decide this one! Stay tuned.

#1 Columbia River v. #2 West Valley (Spokane)

Columbia River is looking to put a stamp on their undefeated season by adding their 6th State Title since 2009. The Rapids have been dominating the scoreline in 2025. They have scored 82 goals in 20 matches this season while only allowing 6 goals against. Staggering numbers for the team from Vancouver. CR will look to forward, [player_tooltip player_id='111414' first='Remi' last='Buckley'] to continue her goal scoring ways against West Valley. Remi has produced multiple braces throughout the season to help get Columbia River to those goal scoring numbers. Locking down the defensive play is the senior, [player_tooltip player_id='341648' first='Madison' last='Nides'], who brings a physicality and skill to the game and can give West Valley trouble. The Rapids will be playing to dominate, but West Valley will be showcasing their best to shut down their attack and display their own goal scoring prowess.

The West Valley Eagles are no joke! The have scored 150 goals on the season which ranks among the best seasons in school history. Just when you think their goal scoring ability is unmatched, you realize that haven't conceded a SINGLE goal. Non-Conference, Conference and Post Season, not one goal allowed. You do not see that at the HS level. Helping to achieve those wild defensive numbers are senior defender, [player_tooltip player_id='341646' first='Cassie' last='Kappen'] and senior midfielder, [player_tooltip player_id='140185' first='Lauren' last='Matthew']. Their ability to lock down their area, win 50/50 battles and transition to the attack, is special. The reigning 6-time district champs also do the job on the attacking front. Those 150 goals don't score themselves and one of the biggest goal producers is senior forward, [player_tooltip player_id='140974' first='Jenna' last='Howe']. Her 34 goals and 21 assists so far on the season, lead the team. Columbia River must have a game plan if they want to stop her.

The battle of the undefeated programs for the 2A State Title is one not to miss! This is anyone's match, but the first goal may very well set the stage for who is going to come out on top.

#1 Cedar Park Christian (Bothell) v. #2 Seton Catholic

Cedar Park knows how to finish matches. They have secured victories by outscoring their opponents 35-5 this postseason. Most were not close. The 4-time State Champions are seeking their 5th Title since 2000 while also hoping to secure back-to-back victories in the Title match in as many years. They are a tough team to beat. Locking down their defense at the center back position is, [player_tooltip player_id='341647' first='Hadlie' last='Berry']. Though only a sophomore, she demands respect and may be an issue for Seton Catholic to work around. On the offensive front, look for 1st Team All-Conference selection, [player_tooltip player_id='28143' first='Deandra' last='Dan'] to take shots early and often. This being her last match in an Eagles uniform, will surely push her to be on top of her game. CPC has the experience in this match and will need all hands-on deck to fend off Seton Catholic's youthful squad.

The Cougars are bringing an undefeated season to the culminating match of the 2025 season. They are looking for their first ever 1A State Title to solidify their place in school history. They have the team to do it. The Trico 1A District Champs have fire power all over the pitch. [player_tooltip player_id='341649' first='Hailey' last='Herboth'] can make something of nothing and place accurate balls on frame at will. She will be a name to circle on matchday. The defense has only allowed 3 goals this postseason and was very stingy in the regular season as well. Senior defender, [player_tooltip player_id='273238' first='Gabrielle' last='(GG) Lougen'] has dominated the backline and midfield this season and will no doubt do the same in this pivotal match. Named Defensive Player of the Year in 2025, she would love nothing more than to end her HS career raising up that WIAA 1A State Trophy.

This match will be fun to watch. Two successful programs collide for the opportunity to leave a lasting legacy in the 1A class. Look for a low scoring match that may end with a banger!
