Her ability to make key stops by going up high, getting into the right position, and making lateral saves keeps her team in high-level competitive matches. Sophie is a fearless competitor who maintains her composure in critical moments in the match. While being a leader who effectively communicates with her defense on making adjustments to secure the backline or to lead counterattacks. She's ranked as the #13 overall goalkeeper in the class of 2027 in CA, and whichever collegiate team decides to pick her for their squad will get a top-level player who can command and strengthen their defense. Sophie's Highlights: 2027 ECNL [program_tooltip program_id='283641' first='De' last='Anza Force'] Goalkeeper

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=swXh49H3ewo

[player_tooltip player_id='147325' first='Leah' last='McDowell'] - 2028 - [program_tooltip program_id='283641' first='De' last='Anza Force'] ECNL - Midfielder/Forward She plays as a box-to-box attacking midfielder who can predetermine her plays while moving at an uptempo pace. Her ability to provide her team with endless energy helps her team to make crucial runs in the attacking third. Leah's defensive skills are noted in the area of playing with physicality while making clean and tough tackles in the midfield. This style of play causes opponents to feel rushed and uncomfortable, thus leading to errors or loss of possession. Her main strengths are on the offensive side, with the ability to play effectively on both sides of the pitch; it will be interesting to see where she will land in the recruiting cycle. Her field awareness and scanning help to find players in open pockets while making quick and precise passes. Her level of fitness and stamina makes her a key part of the central area while providing a push on offense, tracking back to make defensive stops, or compacting the defensive third. Gigi's ability to use off-the-ball movements creates open pockets and allows runners to get into the 18 to create high-percentage scoring opportunities. I look forward to seeing her play a big part in Carondelet's upcoming season and run at the playoffs next season, as they look to return a bunch of key players with the intention to go far in the tourney. Her ability to shut down wingers making angling runs to the center of the box keeps the shape and integrity of the defensive line while playing at a back position. On the offensive side, Brooke uses her height and athleticism to win aerial challenges. When moving up on attack or playing as a forward, she provides high pressure up top to create defensive mistakes, which leads to high-percentage scoring opportunities. It will be interesting to see which college program will utilize her as either a forward or defender or somewhat in between. She's an up-and-coming player with a lot of upside in her game.
