Included in Part 2 of the series are upcoming players and some already making a mark on the national and international scene.

USE THE PROMO CODE almasin30 for a discount on your first subscription

Here is Part 2 of the June 15th Gems series. The talent level of this group of 2028 players is top-notch, with a couple of them ranked in the top 20 in California, including two receiving national rankings. Some of the players have seen action on youth national teams, while others are going through the identification process for possible national team call-ups. They all are definitely worthy of playing Division 1 soccer, and it will be awesome to see where they land in their soccer journey.

As the June 15th date is just a few weeks away, it is essential for college coaches and scouts to get their list of top-level players on their recruiting agenda. The majority of these players have actually played with their high school teams as opposed to skipping at the high school level to rather stay focused on club competition, showcases, and being available for national and international competition.

The players featured have the technical skills, grades, and competitive drive to succeed at the next level. A few have also experienced playing up a level in club play and international competition. Either way, these players are ready to contribute and make a strong impact on a college program. It is safe to say that one or more of these players may also have greater aspirations to continue playing beyond college.

Featured Players:

[player_tooltip player_id='186184' first='Arya' last='Pfeiffer'] - [program_tooltip program_id='283476' first='Slammers' last='FC'] HB Koge - HS: Oaks Christian - Midfielder/Forward - #66 in the nation, #25 in CA, and #21 in Position - Mexico U16 WNT

[player_tooltip player_id='147332' first='Jordyn' last='Daniels'] - [program_tooltip program_id='352787' first='San' last='Juan SC 2009 ECNL'] - HS: [program_tooltip program_id='334909' first='Elk' last='Grove'] Charter - Defender - #108 in the nation, #29 in CA, and #15 in Position - USYNT Identification Program

[player_tooltip player_id='213588' first='Jordan' last='Foxhoven'] - [program_tooltip program_id='278044' first='Tudela' last='FC'] - HS: Viewpoint - Forward - #98 in CA and #46 in Position

[player_tooltip player_id='111113' first='Isabella' last='Rendino'] - [program_tooltip program_id='283312' first='Davis' last='Legacy'] - HS: Cardinal Newman - Defender/Forward #101 in CA and #60 in Position - Panama Women's U23 National Team

[player_tooltip player_id='268389' first='Kaitlyn' last='Ventura'] - Mustang SC - HS: Pleasant Grove - Midfielder - #171 in CA and #73 in Position - Filipino U17 Team Identification Program

Player Evaluations:

[player_tooltip player_id='186184' first='Arya' last='Pfeiffer'] - [program_tooltip program_id='283476' first='Slammers' last='FC'] HB Koge

Known for her high soccer IQ, the [program_tooltip program_id='283476' first='Slammers' last='FC'] HB Koge midfielder has made a name for herself as an international call-up for Mexico's under-16 women's national team. Her versatility as an attacking mid, forward, and winger allows her to contribute from many spots on the pitch. Arya is good at working in tight spaces, and her playmaking ability and vision help find players running through open lanes. She also competed previously with a USYS ODP National Selection team in Austria's Cordial Cup. The Oaks Christian earned first-team All-Conference and first-team All-County honors after posting 9 goals in her freshman year. She's a top-level player with the credentials to back it up. It will be great to see which Power 4 program is lucky to land her.

Arya's Soccer Social Media:
Instagram: Arya.Pfeiffer14

X: @aryapfeiffer

YouTube: Highlights - Mexico vs. Portugal - 2026 - Mexico U16

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DYZH0hZj0J4

[player_tooltip player_id='147332' first='Jordyn' last='Daniels'] - [program_tooltip program_id='278036' first='San' last='Juan SC']

She is a multi-sport standout and is known for her physical presence on defense while winning clean possessions and locking down key players. Her recovery speed is considered extraordinary, as she can track back to cover defensive gaps in a heartbeat. Jordyn can also be seen flying down the wings and adding another layer to the attack. While her speed and athleticism separate her from the rest, her box-to-box play makes her a potential USYNT call-up, as she recently participated in the USYNT West Regional Mini-Camp. It will be great to see her make the squad one day. Hopefully it's sooner rather than later. One thing's for sure, she is definitely on the national team scouts' radar.

Jordyn's Soccer Social Media:

Instagram: San Juan vs. Real Colorado

https://www.instagram.com/p/DTqq4TFkpc_/

[player_tooltip player_id='213588' first='Jordan' last='Foxhoven'] - [program_tooltip program_id='278044' first='Tudela' last='FC']

Is starting to make a name for herself; the once rated #4 player in CA for the class of 2028 is on the rise and ready to make a leap to the next level. Known for being part of a prominent soccer family. Her older sister Kaylee is a standout senior for the class of 2025, and her oldest sister Madison is a starter at Duke. Jordan is a goal scorer with the ability to score with both feet. Although she scores more with her left foot, her ability to cut back inside and finish with her right makes her a serious threat on the left flank. Scouts have also noted her ability to make quick attacking transitions while delivering precise passes with excellent control. The [program_tooltip program_id='278044' first='Tudela' last='FC'] and Viewpoint player will be an asset to any team looking for a versatile winger at either the No. 7 or No. 11 positions.

Jordan's Soccer Social Media:

Instagram: Quick Turn and Score

https://www.instagram.com/p/DA3nEU8vL2n/

[player_tooltip player_id='111113' first='Isabella' last='Rendino'] - [program_tooltip program_id='283312' first='Davis' last='Legacy']

Izzy took part in international competition with the Panama U-23 and U-17 women's teams. She earned caps in both matches while playing for the Panama Federation U-23 team, as their senior team had prior commitments in Peru, so her squad was activated to compete against national teams at the Central American Games in Guatemala. I've previously evaluated her at the high school level, ECNL level, and at our Prep Soccer Girls ID Camp: NorCal 2024. She is a top-level player who always delivers while competing at and against the highest levels of competition. She excels at the left-back position but can also be effective as a center back or forward. I'm not exactly sure why her rankings dropped, but I'm sure in the next updates she will be moving back up. Izzy has a high ceiling and has proven herself while playing at the highest levels in international youth soccer and against U-23 players. I believe she's only scratching the surface. It would be wise for USYNT scouts to get her on their radar. Otherwise, she will continue to compete with Team Panama and prepare herself for the rigors of Division 1 competition.

Izzy's Soccer Social Social Media:

Instagram: izzy_rendino_soccer

YouTube: Panama National Team Journey

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sZ2opdSqT0Q

[player_tooltip player_id='268389' first='Kaitlyn' last='Ventura'] - Mustang SC

She is known for her game intelligence and ability to scan the field. Kailyn is a playmaker who can distribute the ball in tight spaces while delivering quick and precise passes. She can disrupt opponents in transition and jump into passing lanes to divert runners or secure win-backs. I've covered her on multiple occasions at the ECNL level, and she's always consistent in her play. Her up-tempo style of play will help her at the next level. While recently selected to the USYNT Talent ID Center and the Olympic Development Program (ODP) PDP State Pool Team, she will continue to get looks from USYNT scouts as well as from the Filipino U17 team identification program. Kaitlyn is definitely preparing herself to become a solid Division 1 player.

Kaitlyn's Soccer Social Social Media:

Instagram: kaitlynventurasoccer

YouTube: Mustang SC 2010G ECNL - ECNL Phoenix Showcase 2026

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qKYGpnzkTaw

I was also fortunate to have asked some of the players to answer six soccer questions. Here are the questions and their responses.

1. What are three of your strengths as a soccer player?

2. When did you and your parents decide that you would want to be a collegiate soccer player?

3. What are some of the things you are currently doing to prepare for your college soccer journey?

4. What has been your most memorable soccer moment or moments at the state tournament or as a soccer player thus far?

5. Is there a club, collegiate, or professional soccer player who inspires you?

6. Where do you see yourself or hope to be in your soccer journey in 5–6 years?

Arya's Responses:

1. Three of my strengths as a soccer player are my work ethic, soccer IQ, and my ability to stay calm under pressure.

2. My parents and I started thinking seriously about playing college soccer when I was younger and realized how much I loved the sport and wanted to keep improving.

3. Right now, I am training at least twice a week with my team, on off days working hard in my private training, and focusing on finishing out the school year strong.

4. One of my most memorable soccer moments was scoring the winning PK for our first ECNL national championship in 2023.

5. A soccer player who inspires me is Jaedyn Shaw because of her creativity, confidence, and ability to make an impact on the game at a young age.

6. In 5–6 years, I hope to be playing D1 collegiate soccer at a high level, and continuing to grow as a player. My ultimate goals are to help my team win a NCAA championship and to earn a spot on the Mexico Women National team in a World Cup one day.

Kaitlyn's Responses:

1. My three strengths as a soccer player are my vision and field awareness, aggressive defending, and distribution of the ball.

2. I have been interested in playing college soccer since the start of middle school. I am grateful my parents have always been supportive of my ambitions to play at the next level.

3. I am currently preparing for my college soccer journey by doing individual skills training with local trainers. I am also focusing on strength, explosiveness, speed, and agility training. I spend time doing film analysis to study my performance and better my play.

4. My most memorable soccer moment is winning the NorCal State Cup Championship. On our way to the championship game, we upset an undefeated opponent.

5. Rose Lavelle inspires me to be a better player. I admire her technical skill, vision, and eagerness to win the ball. She makes a positive impact on the game and is a threat in the midfield.

6. In 5 to 6 years, I see myself making an impact on the field for a D1 college program.

Izzy's Responses:

1. My three strengths as my physicality, speed, and 1v1 defending.

2. I have always wanted to be a collegiate player ever since I started playing ECNL. I've been thinking about June 15th for years!

3. Currently, I have been sending out emails with my schedule and highlight videos to my top schools. I have also been attending some ID camps when my schedule allows.

4. My most memorable moments playing soccer are always when I play for the Panama National team, where I have capped 27 times since the age of 14. These moments have been the best part of my soccer life on and off the field.

6. In 5-6 years, God willing I plan to be a student and an athlete at a D1 school, while continuing to represent the Panama National Team. Right now I'm leaning towards studying criminal justice, but I am open to change.

Jordyn's Responses:

1. Three of my strengths as a soccer player are my speed, reading the field, and 1v1 defending.

2. I decided that I wanted to be a collegiate soccer player when I was 12. I watched the Women's Soccer College Cup and instantly knew I wanted to be there, so I told my parents my dream goal and moved teams to San Juan 09 ECNL that year.

3. Some of the things I am currently doing to prepare for my college soccer journey include; club training, USLW training (With San Juan and its an amazing experience because you get exposed to playing with amazing college players), a morning soccer academy(R8), extra trainings(with The10 with Jose Ortiz who helps with technical and attacking work), strength and lifting, speed and agility(with Mac Performance and R8), and recovery(normatec, cryo therapy, stretching, and physical therapy).

4. My most memorable soccer moments are when I walk onto the field at games, Showcases, Playoffs, and Nationals as it gives you a rush of adrenaline and excitement throughout your whole body. It grants you a beautiful love for the sport and all you can really think is how you're gonna shut down this game, lock up your forward, give it your all, this is where I belong, and how there is no other place you'd rather be than right there. As well, it's always an amazing feeling to see your teammates knowing we are all in this together and how we wouldn't be where we are now without each other.

5. A professional soccer player that inspires me a lot is Crystal Dunn. She showed me that even while being a small defender, you can be just as fierce and good. She also showed me that black girls like myself are more than fast and athletic but also technical and have great IQs. Lastly, I love how she could play in any position and dominate while making it look so easy.

6. My soccer journey this year was a long but huge growth year for me. This year I recovered from an injury but came back just as strong. I did not participate in high school soccer but I did train over winter break with my club, outside trainers, went to ID Camps and changed schools to [program_tooltip program_id='334909' first='Elk' last='Grove'] Charter so I could do R8 training in the morning and do dual enrollment at Community College. The club has been great as it's an amazing environment with a great coaching staff and always competitive. Upcoming showcases are really important right now to be seen before June 15th as my team and I get ready to head to North Carolina and Playoffs follow shortly after.

Included in Part 2 of the series are upcoming players and some already making a mark on the national and international scene.
