Harris plays for the Premier Futvol Academy of San Antonio, but will get on the field as a guest player for Dallas Surf G07 on Saturday at the DKSC showcase. She’s one of the most promising goalkeepers in the San Antonio area and will have a shot at proving herself against some of the best. Haris is a big goalkeeper, but can get down on the floor very quickly and that helps her make difficult saves. She’s also excellent at communicating with her defenders and keeping everyone engaged in front of her. Harris also stands out for her ability to quickly and efficiently put the ball back in play with her hands after making a save.

Harris is a goalkeeper who had a decorated high school season that included Second Team All-State honors plus numerous all-City honors. She has a well-rounded game. She is a good shot-stopper and gets her hand on high shots that many goalkeepers might not reach. She is good coming off her line in breakaways. Her distribution is good as she often looks to hit teammates with a quick-release throw. She earned those plaudits with stellar play and consistent play, which are two traits every college coach wants from the most important position on the field.
