Taylor is a midfielder on the San Diego Surf 2011 ECNL team. She is part of the US U15 Girls National Team. She is a five-foot-seven right-footed box-to-box or attacking midfielder. She is prolific in the attacking third. Taylor has scored in a variety of ways through the first couple of months of the season. Her movement off the ball has been key for her success and opportunities. She excels at scanning the field and finding areas to move to before the ball gets there so she is in the right spot to finish chances or provide key passes. Taylor is a player with unlimited potential – she’s skillful, smart, and driven. It’s easy to envision her as the top player in the country in this class.

Taylor is among the best midfielders in the 2011 class in the country. She just happens to be a 2030. She is part of the US Soccer National Team in the 2011 age group, which isn’t a surprise. She’s also a key piece of the National Champion San Diego Surf squad. Taylor has the reputation as a key player on the Surf team. She has the physical quality to play against older competition – Surf doesn’t typically promote players across age groups but will sometimes bring a team as a whole to play up an age group or two during an ECNL showcase, which would be fun to watch the Surf 2011 get a chance against 2010 teams during this club season. Taylor has the quality on the ball to shine at that level.
